Responsible for implementation and support of the Enterprise BO environment Experience on upgrades, migrations, fielding user questions, tickets, patching, closing audit/exceptions Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting BO Implement security measures Create and maintain detailed, up-to-date technical documentation Performance tuning of BO File system management and monitoring. Good knowledge of directory services Strong troubleshooting skills Work closely with infrastructure, network, database and application teams to ensure business applications are highly available and performing within agreed on service levels. Good Communication Can understand and talk business requirements Banking/Finance domain preferred Secondary admin skills preferred Hadoop, DataStage, SAS, Talend, Tableau, Collibra, SQData, GlobalID, DSX, Citrix Servers
