BUSINESS OPER ANALYST -MEDICAL GROUP

JOB SUMMARY: The Department of Medicine and Department of Surgery are both comprised of diverse academic enterprises spanning from clinical care, teaching and research forums. The Departments maintain financial and operating activities across Sinai Hospital and various community settings. In collaboration with Departmental leadership, the Business Operations Analyst is responsible for overseeing day to day business activities within the Department of Medicine and Department of Surgery including, but not limited to the following: revenue cycle operations, budget preparation and oversight, hospital and faculty practice billing activities, financial performance monitoring and reporting, key variance reporting, business planning, maintenance of monthly financial operations dashboard, and key operational projects related to practice management, inpatient and ancillary operations.

REQUIREMENTS: Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline. Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred. 3-5 years of experience.
