About the Role:

As a Business Operations Manager in the Retail Trade industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability. Your main objective will be to ensure that our business is running efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Business Operations Manager will support the Director in managing and optimizing the company's operational infrastructure. This role will oversee key processes to ensure efficient business operations, including financial reporting, compliance, employee onboarding, and corporate marketing initiatives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Conduct financial analysis and reporting of portfolio performance.
  • Process Optimization: Strengthen internal processes and corporate infrastructure to

improve operational efficiency.
  • Compliance: Manage corporate filings, business licenses, and renewals.
  • Training: Implement online employee trainings for cybersecurity, anti-harassment, and

compliance.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits and maintain relationships with

benefits providers.
  • Marketing & Event Coordination: Execute marketing initiatives, campaigns, and corporate

event planning.
  • Employee Onboarding/Offboarding: Partner with HR to streamline employee lifecycle

management.
  • Real Estate Operations: Manage billing and administrative support for real estate

development.
  • Corporate Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships to support local marketing

and engagement initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years in corporate operational support.
  • Education: Bachelors degree required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Travel: Not required, but optional if desired.
