We are looking for a business operations specialist who will support a Department of Defense (DoD) client as part of the CTI contractor team. You will assist with the planning, procurement, management, and related activities supporting existing and future projects.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage subcontractors, tracking all required tasks including invoicing, monthly status reports, subcontract modifications, expenditure plans, and deliverables.
  • Perform procurement activities, including developing consent-to-purchase documents for government customers, researching, costing alternative products with vendors, obtaining quotes, following procurement processes through issuance of purchase orders and shipping, and completing documentation establishing transfer to funding agency.
  • Manage on-site subcontractors performing maintenance and construction tasks.
  • This position is onsite at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii with occasional remote work as required.
Requirements
Necessary Skills and Experience
  • Excellent Technical/Analytical Writing Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, Including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Self-Motivated and Able to Work Independently
  • 10 Years' Experience in Contracts Management
  • Ability to Travel for Short Durations Worldwide
  • Top Secret Security Clearance (SCI-Eligible)
Beneficial Skills and Experience
  • Proficient In the Federal Acquisition Regulations, General Services Administration Schedules, And Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts
  • Experience With Operations in the Indo-Pacific Region
