SAIC is seeking a Business Process Analyst to analyze, document, and optimize our customer's financial analyst group's processes and translate them into a functional Access database system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governmental budget, and financial management systems.

SAIC is seeking a Business Process Analyst to analyze, document, and optimize our customer's financial analyst group's processes and translate them into a functional Access database system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governmental budget, and financial management systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Map and analyze current program business processes including contract management, acquisition, resource allocation, procurement, and financial tracking
- Document end-to-end processes for resource allocations and allotments, budget planning, spend plan development, execution tracking, and fiscal closeouts
- Define roles and responsibilities within this group
- Translate business processes into requirements for an Access database
- Develop process improvement recommendations
- Create comprehensive documentation and training materials
- Active TS/SCI with Poly is REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience
- 3-5 years' experience within an IC Agency, preferably ODNI
- Hands' on experience with JIRA/Confluence and experience working in an Agile and Scrum environment
- Experience with business process and requirements analysis
- Experience with the MS Office Suite
- Ability to work in a dynamic mission environment which requires balancing competing priorities and schedules
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of technical writing and work flow process identification and documentation
- IT technical knowledge and experience
