What You'll do
CompuNet, Inc. is seeking a Business Process Engineer to join our IT Team in Boise. This role works with our talented and experienced IT Group to help train, build, test, implement and educate on our business software applications. This includes applications we purchase and applications we build and customize. Day-to-day tasks may include:

What You'll do
CompuNet, Inc. is seeking a Business Process Engineer to join our IT Team in Boise. This role works with our talented and experienced IT Group to help train, build, test, implement and educate on our business software applications. - Collaborate closely with the support, development, and analyst teams to drive proper use and adoption of Business Applications
- Analyze, advise, and support the implementation and use of software and processes towards business problems
- Provide advanced support for business application users
- Create and deliver training on business applications throughout the organization
- Evangelize and drive adoption of internals tools and processes

You have the following knowledge, skills, or experience:
- An ability to set direction, take ownership, make calls and see things through
- Enjoy helping others learn, grow, and achieve
- A systems thinker with an ability to describe, analyze and create
- Experience with Business Applications such as ERP, ITSM and Financial Packages
- A sixth sense to identify and anticipate current and future problem areas with implementation and usage
- A healthy attention to detail and desire for data to be "right" and systems to be "clean"
Our ideal candidate would also have the following preferred knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or education (these are not requirements, we will train the right candidate):
- Experience supporting or using ConnectWise Manage and/or ConnectWise Sell
- Working with a ticket and/or project management system
- A penchant for learning new things
