  • Salary range: $75,650-$86,997.50 per year, commensurate with experience

Who You Are

The Business Solutions Configuration Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining the quality and effectiveness of business applications and systems. This role will work in collaboration with Business Solutions and Cross-Functional teams to ensure that systems are configured correctly and meet user needs. This role is responsible for executing the configuration, support, and maintenance of business solutions used by internal and external end-users to promote enterprise operational excellence.

What You'll Do
  • Perform configuration responsibilities, including but not limited to managing user roles and profiles, workflows and groups, general settings, and configurations beyond end-user abilities.
  • Support responsibilities related to business solutions user access, configuration, and data reconciliation.
  • Configure business solutions according to design specifications; ensure quality and accuracy of configuration through defined testing plans and processes.
  • Maintain dashboards, layouts, reports, user groups and permission sets, process automation, application integrations, and other configurable parts of applications.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert with maintained knowledge of configuration, technical requirements, and functional capabilities and limitations of all business solutions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional teams to understand business requirements and recommend configuration changes to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration logs, FAQs, user specifications, and release notes.
  • Support the development and maintenance of training documentation and resources.
  • Provide technical support to end users and resolve issues impacted by system configurations.
  • Work with the Business Solutions team and application vendors to resolve configuration issues and process configuration change requests.
  • Process change requests while following application lifecycle management/software development process standards.?
  • Participate in business solution testing.
  • Support day-to-day operations through high quality customer service while responding to inquiries.

Requirements

What You'll Need

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Equivalent work experience in a related field may be considered in lieu of degree requirements. Continued education certification in a related field a plus.

Professional Work Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in business solutions, systems administration and/or technical support.
  • Experience with CRM system configurations (especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps), such as custom objects, layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflow rules.
  • Experience with business solutions, including but not limited to the following, preferred:
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) platforms (Dynamics 365 Sales is a plus)
  • Learning Management Systems
  • VOIP and Contact Center Systems (Zoom Contact Center is a plus)
  • Referral platforms
  • Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
  • Electronic Health Records/Case Management Systems
  • Revenue Cycle Management systems
  • Project management tools
  • Form builder tools
  • E-signature and contracting tools
  • Cloud-based vendor licensed products
  • Flowchart and diagramming applications (Visio)
  • Experience in health care or social care service industries a plus.
