We are seeking a strategic-minded individual to join our Chubb North America Claims as a Business Strategy Analyst. In this role, you will collaborate closely with over 16 North America Claims executive leaders overseeing more than 20 departments to monitor and report on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) regularly. You will maintain the database and conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide insights that drive informed decision-making.
Additionally, you will play a critical role in supporting project management for North America Claims. This includes working with project managers to coordinate schedules, facilitate effective communication among team members, and assist in the creation of comprehensive presentations that summarize project status updates and key metrics. You will also track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion and compliance with project plans.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience); preferred but not required.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, business strategy, or data analysis at a mid to large-sized company (500+ employees) and/or a consulting firm; experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industries is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile and Waterfall) and strategic frameworks is required.
- Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and insights in complex environments.
- Advanced experience in data visualization and storytelling, and intermediate skillset utilizing tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence cross-functional leaders and distill technical matters into clear, actionable explanations.
- A self-starter mentality with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills and lead teams on projects or report development.
- Capable of listening, building rapport, and establishing credibility as a strategic partner within business units; skilled at bridging gaps across teams and job functions.
Responsibilities:
- Create and design visually engaging presentation decks that summarize project status updates, key metrics, and challenges encountered, ensuring clear communication of vital information to stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate schedules and facilitate effective communication among team members for multiple concurrent projects with project managers.
- Develop and maintain project plans, integrated master schedules, monthly status reports, and other key documentation within a fast-paced team environment.
- Analyze strategic data sets to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Conduct data analysis and generate reports that enhance decision-making and project execution.
- Design and implement data models, reports, and statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights that support strategic initiatives.
- Maintain reports and datasets that provide significant insights into strategic performance; monitor performance and leverage data insights to enhance business outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Utilize data visualization tools to craft compelling data narratives that support decision-making and drive action.
- Work to integrate and ensure alignment between North America Transformation, Data and Analytics, Technology, and Claims business strategies.
- Identify, measure, and monitor risks and dependencies linked to strategic business activities in accordance with established governance models.
- Support change management efforts associated with select project implementations.
- Organize workshops and brainstorming sessions with leadership and stakeholders to drive innovative thinking and solution generation.
- Identify areas for process improvements within the strategy development and execution lifecycle, proposing actionable solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that can enhance strategic planning and data analysis capabilities.
