Responsibilities and Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (Asset and Wealth Management) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our business needs and technology solutions, focusing on improving our asset and wealth management systems and processes.
- Analyze current Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders in the asset and wealth management domain.
- Must have experience with Separately Managed Accounts.
- Design and implement technology solutions to enhance AWM operations and client services.
- Develop functional specifications and use cases for system developers.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and create training materials for new systems.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for AWM systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the AWM sector.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Able to effectively run business meetings.
- Requirements gathering and documentation.
- API testing and documentation.
- Business process analysis and optimization.
- Data analysis and reporting (SQL and Power BI preferred).
- Stakeholder management and Agile methodologies.
