POSITION SUMMARY:
A Business Systems Analyst II position reports to the Enterprise Solutions Manager and will be responsible for SharePoint M365, SharePoint Administration, process improvement, and support other ITs as needed. This position requires very strong attention to detail and understanding. This role will also facilitate and champion key deliverables, and provide support to cross-functional team members.

It is expected that a portion of time will be spent in the field working directly with business unit personnel. The incumbent communicates regularly through both verbal and written form in understandable terms with all levels of the company, including senior executives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide SharePoint administration and technical support for Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online GCC High environment.
- Manage and maintain site content and structure settings, site hierarchy, and site collection navigation.
- Create web parts, lists/libraries, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management.
- Design, configure, manage, audit and maintain comprehensive site collection, site, and list level usage reports and usability analysis.
- Configure and administer SharePoint and automate tasks.
- Experience in workflow and forms creation using Power Platform tools like Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents as well as JSON language.
- Work on help desk tickets and service requests for Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online.
- Design, configure, and maintain enterprise taxonomy, terms, and keywords.
- Manage and delete site collections and sub-sites in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online GCC High environment as per service requests.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide customer support for SharePoint.
- Works cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
- Identifies operational best practices and recommends system enhancements to increase application efficiency, data integrity, compliance and end user productivity.
- Identifies and responds to requests for training needs; develops and provides both group and individual training to end users.
- Additional tasks and projects as directed by the Enterprise Solutions Manager.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILIITIES:
- Demonstrates specific knowledge of the function and makeup of Microsoft SharePoint online, experience in GCC High preferred.
- Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Possesses knowledge of best practices for maintaining information security.
- Is able to handle confidential and sensitive company information responsibly.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years as administrator, developer or power user of software systems
REQUIREMENTS:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to do local and out-of-town travel (including air travel) up to 10% of the time with notice.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:
- Must possess or obtain within first six (6) months of employment, and retain, at least one IAT I professional certification from the approved baseline DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certifications - DoD Cyber Exchange.
- Possess or obtain within first six (6) months one or more Microsoft Cloud certifications found at Credentials | Microsoft Learn
