Job Description: Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Application Manager to oversee the management of 3rd party applications in the Productivity and Risk space.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and compliance of these applications, as well as leading projects and initiatives to improve their functionality and usage.

Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management
Project Management

• 3rd Party SaaS and OnPremise app management Support / Escalation Management Security Management Below are the following projects the contractor will be responsible for

Tableau:

• Oversee all Meta governance activities.
• Coordinate support events with Infrastructure and support teams.
• Lead functionality releases, including SuperTables replacement, VPN-Less, and server upgrade.
• Provide ad-hoc usage data reports.

Exterro:

• Lead quarterly functionality releases with Infrastructure and vendor teams.
• Oversee support events with Infrastructure, cross-functional, and vendor teams.

Business Intelligence:

• Evaluate incoming requests for non-standard BI tools and redirect to standard tools.
• Document exceptions for alternative solutions.

Project Management

• Lead transition initiative from Monday.com to internal PM tool.
• Collaborate with vendor and legal teams for deprecation planning.
• Pagefreezer:
• Manage support requests (low volume expected).
• Productivity Wiki Documentation:
• Assist in redesigning the team's internal Wiki.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Application Management, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience with 3rd party application management, vendor management, and project management.
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic proficiency in PrestoSQL.

Mandatory Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Application Management, IT, or related field.
