We are looking for a NYC based Business Systems Manager to join our talented, dynamic, and rapidly growing global team. We have an in-office requirement of 2 days per week for local employees.

Business Systems Manager Description
The mission of the Business Systems Manager is to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that empower the GTM and Finance teams to achieve their goals, maximize revenue, and enhance operational efficiency. By streamlining processes and enhancing data accuracy, the team supports informed decision-making and operational excellence.
As Business Systems Manager at OpenAsset, you'll play a pivotal role in a growing business. You'll oversee the day-to-day administration, configuration, customisation, and troubleshooting of our GTM tech stack with a primary focus on Salesforce, crafting innovative solutions that support our business teams and drive best in class reporting and company-wide process efficiency.

As Business Systems Manager at OpenAsset, you'll play a pivotal role in a growing business. You'll oversee the day-to-day administration, configuration, customisation, and troubleshooting of our GTM tech stack with a primary focus on Salesforce, crafting innovative solutions that support our business teams and drive best in class reporting and company-wide process efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Customise and Configure Salesforce - Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet the evolving needs of our Revenue organisation. This includes managing user profiles, permissions, and data integrity, as well as building efficient, automated processes using Salesforce Flows to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Manage tools within the wider GTM tech stack, particularly Gong, and ensure we are getting the most out of the latest product releases from our tools that integrate with Salesforce (like Gong, Zoominfo and Linkedin Sales Navigator)
- Play a critical role in our wider GTM>Finance tech stack project for 2025 as we upgrade the current Salesforce + Zuora setup
- Develop and Deliver User Training - Create and lead comprehensive training sessions to ensure teams maximise their Salesforce usage. From interactive materials to one-on-one support, you'll empower users with the skills they need to leverage Salesforce to its fullest.
- Develop Reporting & Dashboards - maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on revenue performance using Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues - Be the go-to expert for Salesforce troubleshooting, resolving issues around data integrity, functionality, and performance. You'll work closely with IT and developers to deliver a seamless Salesforce experience across departments.
- Collaborate Across Teams - Partner with Data, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue teams to lead Salesforce-related projects, enabling cross-functional workflows and introducing new features. As we grow, you'll be instrumental in shaping an efficient, cohesive Salesforce ecosystem.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve - Keep up with the latest Salesforce and GTM tool releases, tools, and best practices. You'll continuously explore new capabilities to help us get the most out of our GTM tech stack investments.

What Will You Need
- Significant experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, features and best practices.
- Experience with other GTM tools such as LeanData, Gong, ZoomInfo, Outreach
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with other business systems (Finance ERP, billing, GTM, etc)
- Experience of Salesforce integration with Zuora in particular is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with Apex is a plus.
