Are you prepared to assume a crucial role within the Business System Department?
The Business Systems Manager oversees two essential technology teams: the ERP Team and the IT Support Team. This role is responsible for managing the performance, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of the company's ERP system while ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations, including user support, system troubleshooting, and server reliability.
As a key leader, you will guide, develop, and inspire high-performing teams, ensuring that both systems and support services align with company objectives. This role goes beyond leadership-it's about hands-on execution. You'll drive the evolution of the company's IFS ERP system while maintaining a responsive and efficient IT support environment to keep the workforce operating smoothly.

- Provide strategic oversight of the company's ERP system and IT infrastructure?
- Manage, mentor, and support the professional growth of team members across both IT and ERP functions?
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders to align technology initiatives with operational goals?
- Oversee departmental planning, project prioritization, and performance metrics?
- Develop and manage budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements?
- Set standards, policies, and best practices for systems usage and IT support services?
Are You Ready to:
- Lead the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ERP system.
- Work with departments to refine processes and translate needs into ERP enhancements.
- Ensure ERP data integrity, system security, and high performance.
- Provides computer support to end users across DWT in North America for computer hardware, software, other technology equipment, and business-related applications.
- Oversee the company's server environment, ensuring uptime and coordinating on-call support rotations.
- Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and support procedures.
- Oversee a team that provides off-hours server and end user support for our European operations, e.g. Server Updates, Server maintenance, end user support by working with the ticket system.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of work experience preferred.
- 5 years in a similar role or a combination of knowledge and experience working with and building management system tools and applications
- Experience in renewables field operations a plus
- Valid driver's license (NON-CDL or CDL)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office products (Word and Excel)
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Must be able to pass a physical exam and drug/alcohol screening.
