Business Transformation Architect

The IBM - PSR Team is seeking 2 Business Transformation Architect for a contract opportunity in the Ottawa area.

Role description:

The consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:

Analysis and development of business success "critical success factors"

Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping and training

Responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities

Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities

Participate in organizational realignment (job re-design organizational re-structuring)

Coordinate development of training and coordination with other stakeholders

Create presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and discussions

Provide recommendation and advisory services related to automating, innovating and/or modernizing solution or standards in the field of health.

Design and implement digital health solution or standards impacting organizations greater than 500 000 people.

Mandatory Skills:

Canadian Federal Government Security Clearance - Secret

Consultant must have experience for a minimum 10 years in last 15 years and meet 70% of Tasks listed above.

Must have a University Degree or College/CEGEP Diploma related to Business, Engineering, Information Technology from a recognized post-secondary institution. Foreign education must have Equivalency Certificate.

Experience providing recommendations and advisory services on standards and/or technical solutions in the field of health.

Designed and implemented digital health solution or standards impacting organizations greater than 500 000 people.
