About the Role

As a Business Web/ERP Developer at Pebble, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our infrastructure by further developing, maintaining, and integrating our state-of-the-art Recreational Vehicle e-commerce systems with NetSuite and other systems. You will be instrumental in enhancing and building out our webstore and customer portal and maintaining robust and scalable ERP solutions that facilitate efficient financial and operations activities in coordination with sales, marketing, finance, manufacturing and R&D.. While situated in the finance department and reporting directly to the CFO, this role requires a blend of technical Web development skills, API and system to system integration and NetSuite scripting expertise. This position promises a dynamic work environment where innovation and creativity are celebrated as we improve our operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Pebble's E-commerce website (Pebblelife.com) as well ERP system integrations with NetSuite for seamless financial management.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to gather requirements and ensure ERP solutions meet business needs.
  • Design workflows and reports that improve financial visibility and performance analysis.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any ERP system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
  • Perform regular system audits and upgrades to maintain optimal performance and security.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and provide guidance to staff on new systems and processes.
  • Document system configurations, changes, and procedures for ongoing reference.
  • Work with third-party vendors to coordinate the integration of optional functionalities like TriNet, RAMP, and Bill of Materials.
  • Monitor ERP system performance and generate trend reports to recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated with NetSuite capabilities and industry best practices to drive system enhancements.


Requirements
  • Proven experience with web design and implementation, specifically the backend and logic. components, which include interfaces with Stripe and Strap as the headless CMS. Experience in Javascript (using TypeScript) in order to manage and build on the NextJS front-end with React, Tailwind, and CSS.
  • Experience with ERP tools (NetSuite preference), including system configuration and customization.
  • Strong understanding of JSON data format for integrating systems together; with NetSuite and the Webstore as the backbone that talk to each other, but also exchange data between a variety of other tools (Dassault 3DS, Ramp, Trinet, Stripe, etc). JSON
  • Ability to develop ERP workflows, data analytics, and financial dashboards.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams, internal and external to Pebble..
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines, without a project manager as oversight.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire for continuous learning and improvement.
