We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated C++ Developer to join our onsite team in New Holland, PA. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced software engineer with hands-on expertise in C++ and CANalyzer, specifically within automotive or industrial applications.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C++.
- Perform network diagnostics and analysis using CANalyzer.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software teams to integrate and validate software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug software in embedded systems.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to software best practices.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven, professional experience in C++ software development.
- Hands-on experience using CANalyzer for automotive or industrial systems.
- Solid understanding of embedded systems, CAN protocols, and real-time applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work onsite full-time in New Holland, PA.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Python or Java.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards (e.g., ISO 26262, AUTOSAR).
