Job Title: Rehabilitation Therapist

Job Specialty: Occupational Therapist

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day - 8x5 - 8:00 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Experience: Minimum 1 year in acute care, extended care, rehabilitation, mental health, or outpatient setting.

License: Current Occupational Therapy license from the State of California

Certifications:
- Current Occupational Therapy certification by the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy
- Current BLS Certification

Must-Have:
- Eligible to be insured under the Medical Health Liability Policy with DMV Report (minimum age 21)
- Current California driver's license
- Proof of current auto insurance coverage (no business exclusion)

Job Description:
- Position involves working in the Homecare department.
- Requires driving to patient homes in a personal vehicle to provide therapy.
- Accepts only agency staff who are W-2 employees of their respective agency.
- Position urgency is normal.
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR system is necessary.
- Holiday coverage is not required.
