Description:
- Lead the IAM Application support In-depth knowledge of application security concepts, best practices and methods.
- Technical SME expertise in Identity and Access Management technologies - CA Identity Manager, Expertise in CA Identity Management upgrades, deployments and integration Strong debugging and problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues and perform Root cause analysis Lead and support myidM (CA Identity Manager) day to day issues and Incidents.
- Lead Change reviews and ensure documentation is up to date Strong experience in Infrastructure components and on Linux and Windows platforms.
- Drive automation of daily tasks and deliver end to end.
- Monitoring Work with Enterprise Architecture and Security teams in specifying technical requirements.
- Ensure vendors adhere to established SLAs for incidents and service requests.
- Ensure SLAs are met or exceed expectation.
- Handle requests or tickets related to passwords.
- Monitoring system activities, Providing break-fix support (incident response), Restart activities.
- Track and Create User access provisioning failure tickets.
- Support production issues for IAM/PAM Products
- Log monitoring for Password vault issues and provisioning failures
