We are seeking a Cabling Project Assistant Manager to oversee UTP and FO cabling projects, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and managing subcontractor coordination.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Cabling Project Assistant Manager to manage network cabling installations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure project completion in compliance with OSHA regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cable construction projects, be proactive in problem-solving, and be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Korean bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management - Oversee UTP and FO cabling installations, ensuring adherence to industry and safety standards.
OSHA Compliance - Ensure all projects comply with OSHA policies and safety requirements.
Client & Partner Communication - Act as the main point of contact for cabling and electrical construction projects.
Issue Resolution - Quickly address and resolve on-site issues using network engineering knowledge.
Subcontractor Coordination - Manage subcontractors, including PCI (wall/ceiling drilling), BMC (concrete drilling), Lighthouse, AES, and United Electric.
Meetings & On-Call Support - Attend early morning and evening meetings, work overtime as needed, and be on call on weekends.

Qualifications & Requirements
5+ years of experience in cable construction projects.
Strong knowledge of UTP and FO cabling installations.
OSHA expertise - In-depth understanding of OSHA policies and regulations.
Bilingual in Korean & English preferred (not required).
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and ensure timely project completion.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
Physical fitness - Frequent movement around the factory and driving as needed.
Flexibility - Must be able to work overtime, attend off-schedule meetings, and be on call during weekends.
