We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Campaign & Content Project Manager to drive the coordination and execution of digital content and marketing campaigns. This role plays a critical part in managing timelines, stakeholder communication, and campaign workflows across multiple channels. It's a high-visibility role within a fast-paced environment that demands precision, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of complex project management experience, strong campaign lifecycle knowledge, and is fluent in Adobe Workfront. You will work closely with creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage campaign timelines and digital content workflows using Adobe Workfront.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet campaign deadlines and deliverables.
- Monitor and report project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
- Own and track project documentation, ensuring consistent communication across departments.
- Support campaign planning, intake, execution, and wrap-up reporting.
- Assign responsibilities, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with digital content and campaign management (2-4 years)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with creative review processes, content calendars, and cross-functional project work
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in project or program management
- Proven experience with Adobe Workfront and campaign oversight
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to align multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize under pressure
