Do you want to impact educators and institutions around the globe? At McGraw Hill, the Marketing Campaign Manager will drive pipeline generation for our K12 Sales organization in our Adoption territories, through integrated marketing campaigns.
How can you make an impact?
The Campaign Manager position will work to design integrated marketing campaigns focused on targeted (high value) accounts - accounts that are likely to buy. You will be responsible for planning and executing a multitude of marketing programs - including account intelligence gathering, demand creating, reputation support and sales enablement. This person will be focusing on large accounts to support sales goals by working closely with our District Managers.
This is a remote position, and candidates must be located within the United States. This position may require future travel - roughly twice a quarter.

The pay range for this position is between $85,000-$95,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This person will be focusing on large accounts to support sales goals by working closely with our District Managers.
This is a remote position, and candidates must be located within the United States. This position may require future travel - roughly twice a quarter.
What you will be doing:
- Partnering with sales leadership to identify key accounts, as well as key influencers and decision makers within these accounts.
- Researching the key (high-value) accounts and design campaigns specifically for them, making every touchpoint along the buyer's journey highly personalized.
- Create and manage the state microsites by understanding the market in the state and then having the ability to work across multiple groups to develop and maintain an effective site.
- Working cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, regional (field) marketing, relationship marketing and marketing operations to establish campaign workflows.
- Work with national marketing to have an understanding of the programs and the components to see how it impacts sampling
- Stays updated with national campaigns to see if states should be included or excluded based on state adoptions
- Produce weekly reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
We're looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field highly preferred.
- 5+ years in a Marketing, Demand Generation role.
- Experience with a Marketing Automation Tools and Technology.
- Ability to keep collateral update in SharePoint for campaigns
- The ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and other stakeholders.
- Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies, and risk factors.
- Strong process-orientation and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to translate business requirements into action plan and deliverables.
- Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment.
