What You'll Do

Project Management - 40%:
  • Oversee scheduling and logistics for Horizon lead programming in collaboration with Universities, external partners and the business.
  • Identify and register campus fairs, ensuring smooth registration, follow-ups, and effective event coordination (in person & virtual).
  • Conduct research on universities and relevant programs to align our campus efforts with business needs, ensuring the list is continuously updated to reflect industry trends and talent pools.
  • Assist with administrative tasks for the capstone program, including processing input forms and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.


Campus Engagement & recruitment - 50%:
  • Collaborate with Futures leadership on the execution of a comprehensive strategy for early talent identification, including virtual/office visits, customized workshops, career fairs, capstone projects, hackathons, and information sessions at select high schools, community organizations and universities.
  • Engage with employee volunteers, TA, DE&I as well as EIG members to customize and deliver impactful presentations that tailor to the goals and objectives of the workshop/presentation.
  • Partner alongside affiliate leaders and Futures leadership, to identify universities and strategic partners that align with affiliate needs and develop partnerships that build a strong pipeline for early talent.
  • Collaborate with TAPs to identify gaps in professional-level recruitment and develop targeted initiatives to build a pipeline for future talent in those areas.
  • Led TA involvement in career fairs by strategically identifying and bring the most relevant TAP, aligning their expertise with the specific needs and goals of each event to enhance opportunities for candidates.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with a high volume of candidates at different times in their early career, understanding their interests and guiding them to the right roles or opportunity while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Maintain a tracking system to keep progress and measure the success of recruitment initiatives from early touchpoints, to hire.
  • Partner with Future leadership to drive recruitment efforts for fellowship programs by building relationships with key universities and conducting phone screenings as part of the hiring process.
  • Support internship recruitment initiatives by leading candidate engagement and conducting exploratory calls with intern candidates year-round.
  • Partner with the communications team to enhance employer brand across multiple social media platforms.
  • Use marketing methods and employer branding efforts to educate on Junior roles & responsibilities.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in diversity recruitment to enhance our approach and stay innovative.


Learning & Development - 10%:
  • Advance knowledge and learn about Campus Recruitment, the media industry, Horizon Media, and our clients
  • Research and monitor diversity best practices and make appropriate recommendations to Talent Acquisition teammates
  • Participate in internal and external development opportunities (i.e.: Campus Recruitment specific trainings, conferences, Business Writing, Presentation Skills, and more) to continue expanding knowledge across subject matter areas
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition and HR team meetings, sharing learnings and iterating on processes accordingly

  • Proactive in providing solutions and resolving issues


Preferred Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of DEI, HR, campus recruiting or program management experience
  • Familiar and comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite on a daily basis (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)

Salary Range
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00

A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual's skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role. As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
