About the role

Rejoignez l'quipe des ressources humaines de Reworld pour un contrat temps plein de 12 18 mois. Sous la responsabilit du responsable des ressources humaines rgional, le responsable RH multi-sites aura la responsabilit des ressources humaines pour nos oprations au Canada, y compris Durham York, Chambly et Kitchener. Le poste peut tre bas dans l'une des trois localisations canadiennes.

Nos quipes canadiennes sont un groupe unique d'employs horaires, salaris et syndiqus, avec une grande varit de professionnels et de leaders dans le domaine des solutions environnementales. En partenariat avec la direction des sites, les Centres d'Excellence RH de l'entreprise, la paie et les avantages sociaux sur les trois sites, vous aurez l'opportunit de coacher et de guider l'entreprise en matire de relations avec les employs, gestion de la performance, planification de la succession, conception organisationnelle, recrutement, dveloppement des talents et rmunration.

Responsabilits du poste :
  • Coacher les responsables de site en matire de relations avec les employs en appliquant de manire cohrente et quitable les politiques et procdures de l'entreprise ; mener des enqutes et collaborer avec le service juridique si ncessaire.
  • Conduire les efforts de recrutement au sein des sites assigns ; collaborer avec les responsables de site pour valuer les besoins en planification de la main-d'uvre. Partenaire avec l'acquisition de talents rgionale pour les stratgies de recrutement pour les rles ouverts et futurs, et fournir soutien et conseils tout au long du processus de recrutement. tablir des partenariats efficaces avec les communauts locales, les universits et les coles professionnelles pour aider sourcer des talents pour les rles ouverts, avec un accent sur l'amlioration de la diversit, de l'quit et de l'inclusion.
  • Conseiller les managers dans les domaines de la rmunration, de la conformit, du dveloppement des talents, de la planification de la succession, de la gestion de la performance, des stratgies de rtention et des pratiques RH gnrales.
  • Mettre en uvre les initiatives et programmes RH de l'entreprise de manire efficace sur vos sites, en dveloppant des stratgies de gestion du changement locales pour encourager l'adoption.
  • Engager proactivement l'quipe RH de la rgion du Midwest pour rsoudre des problmes, partager les meilleures pratiques et identifier des opportunits d'amlioration l'chelle de la rgion avec une mentalit Lean.
  • Crer un environnement de relations positives avec les employs ; quilibrer les besoins de l'entreprise avec ceux des employs, tablir la confiance et la crdibilit avec les employs et les leaders, tre peru comme une ressource de confiance qui concrtise ses actions.

Exigences de qualification :
  • 5 ans ou plus d'exprience en tant que partenaire RH/gnraliste ; une exprience dans un environnement industriel/manufacturier est un plus.
  • Diplme de premier cycle en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe. Un master est prfr.
  • Autonome avec la capacit de grer plusieurs tches simultanment avec une supervision minimale et de prioriser efficacement la charge de travail.
  • Bilingue en franais/anglais requis (communication avec nos employs francophones).
  • Excellentes comptences en communication orale, crite et interpersonnelle.
  • Matrise de MS Office et des systmes RHIS ; exprience de Workday un atout.
  • Forte capacit d'analyse et de rsolution de problmes.
  • Solide connaissance du droit du travail et des pratiques RH progressives.
  • La connaissance des principes Lean est un atout.


Join Reworld's HR Team for a 12-18 month full time contract. Reporting to the Regional HR Leader, the multi-site HR Manager will have HR responsibility for our operations in Canada including; Durham York, Chambly, and Kitchener.***The position can be based out of any of the 3 Canada locations.***

Our Canadian teams are a unique group of hourly, salaried and unionized employees with a wide variety of environmental solutions professionals and leaders. Partnering with facility leadership, Corporate HR COEs, Payroll and Benefits at all 3 locations, you will have the opportunity to coach and lead the business on employee relations, performance management, succession planning, org design, staffing, talent development, and compensation.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Coach facility managers on employee relations through the consistent and equitable application of company policies and procedures; conduct investigations and work with legal as needed.
  • Drive recruitment efforts within the assigned facilities; partner with facility managers to assess workforce planning needs. Partner with regional Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategies for open and future roles and provide support and guidance in the recruitment process. Build effective partnerships with local communities, universities, and vocational schools to help source talent for open roles with a focus on improving diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Guide managers in the areas of compensation, compliance, talent development, succession planning, performance management, retention strategies, and general HR practices.
  • Deliver corporate HR initiatives and programs effectively throughout your sites, developing effective change management strategies locally to drive adoption.
  • Proactively engage with the Midwest Region HR team to problem solve, best practice share, and drive region-wide improvement opportunities with a lean mindset.
  • Create an environment of positive employee relations; balance business needs with employee needs, establish trust and credibility with employees and leaders, be seen as trusted resource who delivers on actions.


Qualification Requirements:
  • 5 + years of relevant HR business partner/generalist experience; experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision and to independently prioritize workload effectively.
  • Bi-lingual in French/English required (Communication to our French speaking employees)
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office and HRIS systems; workday experience a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Strong knowledge of employment/labor law and progressive HR practices
  • Knowledge of Lean Principles a plus
