Solar Works Energy is seeking an experienced and driven Canvassing Manager to lead a high-performing field sales team in residential solar. This is a field-based leadership role requiring a mix of door-to-door sales skills, team management, and performance accountability.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Actively engage in door-to-door canvassing and lead generation
  • Motivate and coach your canvassing team to hit KPIs
  • Manage team reporting, tracking, and daily goals
  • Represent the Solar Works brand with professionalism and integrity
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous D2D canvassing experience (required)
  • Team leadership or outside sales management experience (preferred)
  • Strong communicator, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in fast-paced environments
  • Passion for clean energy and helping homeowners save
