Role:
The capital markets senior analyst will support the Head of Capital Markets in the design and execution of the company's funding plans. The successful candidate will play a key role in a critical function for the business and will have access to the senior leaders of the company with visibility of the company's span of business activities.

Role:
The capital markets senior analyst will support the Head of Capital Markets in the design and execution of the company's funding plans. The successful candidate will play a key role in a critical function for the business and will have access to the senior leaders of the company with visibility of the company's span of business activities.
What a day is like:
- Support all aspects of the company's asset-backed securitization program, including managing the process and execution of market ABS issuances and private bank borrowings
- Assist in exploration of alternative financing sources in support of the development of the company's capital structure
- Act as an external representative and relationship manager for the company in front of investors, bank lenders, rating agencies, and others
- Prepare external investor presentations along with internal presentations on the company's capital & liquidity
- Lead investor tracking and targeting efforts, helping the company to grow its investor base
- Contribute to ongoing reporting and administration of the company's debt programs
You're perfect for this role if you have:
- 1-3+ years of exposure to securitization or capital markets, ideally at an ABS issuer, rating agency, investor, underwriter, or ABS accounting firm
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to think creatively
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, agile start-up environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Desire and willingness to travel frequently
