The Director of Capture & Strategy, Predictive Maintenance & Logistics will be part of a growing business development and sales team in the field of multi-domain tactical communications.

The Director of Capture & Strategy, Predictive Maintenance & Logistics will be part of a growing business development and sales team in the field of multi-domain tactical communications.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities, as well as establish and maintain customer relationships.
- Execute tactical activities to produce competitive assessments, price-to-win analysis and teaming strategies to improve competitive posture.
- Conduct product briefings, demonstrate product capabilities, and provide example use cases.
- Develop Win Themes and Value Propositions as part of the capture process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with teaming partners and industry associations to help drive partnerships.
- Lead and manage the proposal processes, including the writing of proposals responses, and supporting pricing development.
- Communicate effectively with customers, program management, business units and functional unit executives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 12 or more years of experience in the military and or sales to US uniformed customers.
- US Citizenship required.
- Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, be able to rapidly assess what is required to win, communicate compelling value propositions, and prepare strong business cases.
- Currently maintain the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to effectively support briefings in person or via virtual connectivity to customer leadership as well as end users.
- Already understand the addressable market, direct and adjacent customers, customer organizations and budgets to identify market drivers and trends.
- Knowledge and experience in the field of US Army Combat Support and Combat Service Support vehicles.
- Knowledge of the US Army DoD acquisition & requirements development processes as well as related customer organizations.
- Be willing and able to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in the field of condition-based maintenance and data analytics.
- Knowledge and experience in the field of US Army Ground Combat Vehicles.
- Knowledge of the USSOCOM, US Navy, US Marine Corps, US Air Force.
