Job Title: Perioperative Registered Nurse

Job Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) - Critical Care

Job Duration: 14 weeks

Shift: Day - 5x8 - 06AM - 02PM

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in all areas of cardiovascular care

License: Registered Nurse (RN) License

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Must-Have: RN License

Job Description:
- Provide critical nursing care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all protocols and guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes in condition.
- Participate in continuous education and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
- Act consistently with established policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.
