About the Role
The Carrier Data Integration Analyst is a critical role supporting our finance and accounting teams responsible for ensuring the seamless and accurate integration of carrier data into our revenue systems specifically focusing on Senior and Life lines of business. This role acts as the central point of contact and coordination between carriers internal teams (CRM 606 ETL DevOps Automation) and the business managing the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of carrier data feeds. The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented possesses strong communication skills and has a proven ability to manage complex projects and troubleshoot data-related issues.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of customer data integration from initial onboarding to ongoing updates and maintenance.
- Reviewing and clarifying requirements from carriers and the business.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation including checklists file specifications and mapping logic.
- Coordinating with internal teams (CRM 606 ETL DevOps Automation) to ensure smooth data flow and accurate processing.
- Tracking and resolving any data-related issues or discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain data mapping specifications for ETL processes ensuring accurate ingestion of carrier data into the database.
- Analyzing carrier file formats and data structures.
- Defining mapping rules and transformations.
- Creating formulas for key identifiers.
- Collaborating with the ETL team to implement and test data integration processes.
- Proactively monitor data feeds for errors and failures and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
- Coordinating with ETL to investigate job failures and identifying root causes.
- Communicating with carriers business and internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
- Implementing corrective measures to prevent future issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for carrier data integration fostering strong relationships with carriers and internal stakeholders.
- Communicating effectively with carriers and business to gather data requirements and resolve issues.
- Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate integration efforts and ensure data quality.
- Providing regular updates to the business on the status of data feeds and any potential issues.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data integration processes to enhance efficiency accuracy and scalability.
- Identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining workflows.
- Developing and implementing best practices for data management.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Skills/Abilities:
- Adept in data analytics data mapping database concepts and extract/transfer/load processes.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel & Google products (i.e. decks sheets drive docs gmail)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Information Technology Business or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of professional experience in information technology data management data integration or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience working with revenue/financial software and/or financial tracking systems
- 5+ years of experience in data integration data management or a related field.
- 5+ years in stakeholder management; a strong communicator with an ability to manage complex processes and deliver digestible materials to stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server
Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
