As a CAS Manager, you'll lead engagements, develop client relationships, and mentor a team of professionals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Oversee and manage multiple CAS engagements, ensuring high-quality outsourced accounting services.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing financial insights and technology-driven solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of CAS professionals, fostering growth and technical development.
- Leverage cloud accounting tools like Quickbooks Online, Sage Intacct, Bill.com, Expensifyand others to drive efficiencies.
- Collaborate with firm leadership to enhance CAS service offerings and implement process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for additional services, helping clients scale and optimize financial operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in outsourced accounting, controllership, or CAS within a public accounting firm.
- Strong leadership and client management skills.
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Passion for innovation, process improvement, and advisory-based client services.
