Arnold & Itkin LLP is a personal injury firm known nationwide for winning record-setting results against some of the largest corporate giants. We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated Firm Case Management Systems Manager to join our growing team.
This position will be responsible for the daily operations and performance of Database Environments within Arnold & Itkin LLP. Specifically, case management systems FileVine, NetSuite, and LeadDocket. The Firm Case Management Systems Manager has the responsibility of administrating, monitoring, creating and running reporting, auditing data, and ensuring accurate/clean data.

This position will be responsible for the daily operations and performance of Database Environments within Arnold & Itkin LLP. Specifically, case management systems FileVine, NetSuite, and LeadDocket. The Firm Case Management Systems Manager has the responsibility of administrating, monitoring, creating and running reporting, auditing data, and ensuring accurate/clean data.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide application database development, performance tuning, and operational database support.
- Perform database audits across all systems.
- Create and maintain reporting for other teams within the Firm.
- Troubleshoot data issues.
- Work with management to develop database strategies to support firm needs; Consult and advise users on the use of databases.
- Assist with training solutions for personnel within the Firm.
- Perform database administration, maintenance, and audit support activities.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Solid experience as a Database Manager, Case Management System Manager, or similar role. Preferably at least 2 years.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and influence technical decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- On-site everyday
- Fast-paced, professional office environment.
- Proficient use of office equipment: computers, copiers, and telephones.
- Ability to communicate effectively via spoken, written and electronic means.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
