Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Position Summary: The role of the Cash Controlling Manager is to manage the reporting and consolidation of the cash across the Division, while ensuring accuracy and consistency of the data presented to Division Management and BG.
Responsibilities:
Provide reliable financial/controlling information towards the management:
o Maintain and distribute daily/weekly cash tracking report out of current overdue and cash position versus forecast.
o Coordinates cash flow forecast construction and tracking of action plans with CBU/Operations/Purchasing/SSC
o Populate the monthly Divisional forecasts, providing the analysis vs Actuals vs Budgets and preparing inputs for the monthly performance reviews.
o Collaborate with treasury, BG and Group teams to improve processes, results and accuracy
o Collaborate with Accounts Receivables and Program and Sales teams for the latest overdue status and customer collections.
o Collaborate with Purchasing, Treasury, and Accounts Payable on payment run proposals and optimal cash strategies with suppliers.
o Liaison with Manufacturing regularly to follow CAPEX, IFRS16 and Inventory targets.
o Perform ad hoc analysis and simulations to the VP of Finance or BG as needed.
o Lead in Cash budget and Strategic Plan creation and implementation of action plans
Act as a business partner toward the management of the Division, and provide recommendation to the management:
o Offer strategies and suggestions for cash optimization.
o Follow up on execution and updates of action plans and their financial impacts, alert and arbitrate in case of discrepancies.
o Provide constant support, training and improvement ideas to the community to ensure financial awareness.
Propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction
Capitalizes on knowledge and shares best practices / lessons learned across organization and within the site

Your profile and competencies to succeed
Education / Experience:
Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
5 to 10 years of professional experience, including any cash controlling or reporting responsibility
o Automotive industry preferred
