- Design, build, test, and maintain Cerner Millennium solutions in line with clinical workflows and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, HIM, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and configure appropriate solutions.
- Provide support for Cerner PowerChart, Orders Results, Clinical Documentation, Scheduling, or other key Millennium modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, incidents, and enhancement requests.
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, testing, and change control processes.
- Create training materials and provide education to end users as needed.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and support procedures.
- Hands-on experience with Cerner Millennium applications (e.g., PowerChart, Orders, Documentation, Scheduling, etc.).
- Understanding of front-end build configuration tools, CCL reporting, and Discern Rules.
- Familiarity with clinical workflows, regulatory compliance, and healthcare operations.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience working with integrated systems and HL7 interfaces.
