ABOUT THE ROLE
Working at Gradient means joining a company that's passionate about making transportation safer. Every member of our team plays an important role in helping us build this future. We embrace opportunities to share our insights and shape the path forward with partners who share our vision for a safer world.
Gradient is growing, and as a part of that growth we are looking to add an additional chiropractor or nurse practitioner to support our in-house Clinical Team as our Certified Medical Examiner. In this role, you will conduct medical exams and assessments that help ensure operators (of commercial vehicles, airplanes, vessels, railcars and machinery) are fit-for-duty. Your work will have a profound impact that extends far beyond the physical exam. By helping operators earn a living, you are also contributing to the safety of the traveling public across multiple modes of transportation. Your work plays a crucial role in preventing accidents and is indispensable to the jobs made possible by our transportation infrastructure.
You'll thrive in this role if you have an interest in occupational medicine and a passion for health in the workplace. You appreciate the support of a dedicated team, because diverse perspectives lead to professional growth and development. You are also eager to impart your knowledge and skills in service of the team's growth.
As a Certified Medical Examiner, you'll benefit from a streamlined approach where paperwork - and overtime - are minimal. Long-term, you will influence the direction of our growing clinical practice.
