Overview

Carle Health is seeking additional CRNAs to join our team of over 60 CRNAs at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

  • Join an autonomous and team-centered department of over 60 CRNAs that perform over 19,500 cases annually at an established research and teaching hospital
  • Level I trauma center
  • Hiring for four ten-hour shifts per week, no in-house call
  • SECOND call schedule will be 2-3 weekends per year, 1 holiday/year, and once every 3 weeks for weekdays to allow for excellent work-life balance
  • Opportunity to pick up shifts for additional earning potential
  • Three subgroups of CRNAs cover OB, Pediatric, and Heart cases
  • Perform all surgical services except for transplants and burns
  • CRNAs are very autonomously while still collaborating with anesthesiologists

Education Requirements:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing Anesthesia

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois CRNA license

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $288,205 - $312,208. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
