Shift Schedule: Rotating or fixed 08-10 hour Day or Night shifts
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Pay: $50-$55/hr on W2 (based on experience and shift)
Key Responsibilities
Prepare operating rooms and ensure all surgical equipment is sterile and ready for use
Assist surgeons during procedures by handling instruments, maintaining a sterile field, and anticipating needs
Manage instrument and supply counts before, during, and after surgery
Ensure patient safety by adhering to strict infection control protocols
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Requirements
Current CST Certification (NBSTSA or NCCT)
Minimum of 1 year of recent surgical tech experience in an acute care setting
BLS Certification (required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience with multiple specialties (Ortho, General, OB/GYN, etc.) preferred
