CGP: Sr Manager Revenue Accounting

One of our large entertainment client's is searching for a temporary Senior Manager Revenue Accounting. This position's main responsible will be implementation and upgrading company's revenue system. You will be temporary for 12 months located in Burbank.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze content production contracts and production budgets to determine associated revenue.
• Collaborate with Production Finance and FP&A on budget and cost reports as necessary.
• Execute revenue assurance tasks within the revenue system.
• Regularly review non-contract revenue using billing trackers and sub-ledger reports.
• Collaborate with Corporate Controllership teams to address new GAAP accounting standard requirements and implementations.
• Facilitate and participate in internal and external audits, actively engaging with auditors to identify areas for improvement and recommend best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 8+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in general accounting practices and familiarity with financial accounting standards
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency
• Analytical acumen and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently while maintaining effective communication and collaboration skills.
• A self-starter who approaches tasks with enthusiasm and assertiveness.
