Description:
Change Management Consultant
Houston, TX (hybrid)
Objective
Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the client's transformation goals (offshoring, retained structure, and location strategy).
Identify change impacts across functions ; create tailored interventions to manage stakeholder expectations and readiness.
Partner with leaders ( BU ; Functions, HR etc ) to drive adoption, alignment, and communication around new structures, roles, and processes.
Establish governance for change execution-track progress, mitigate resistance, and manage risks through structured change tools and methods.
Build and implement a communication and training roadmap to support workforce transition and capability building.
Experience & Qualifications:

10-15 years of overall experience, with 5-7 years in driving change management initiatives in large-scale transformation programs
Prior experience in offshoring transitions, or shared services design is highly desirable.
Strong exposure to multi-functional programs involving HR, finance, operations ( supply chain etc) , and technology teams.
Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Development, HR, or related field. MBA or Master's degree preferred.
Certification in Change Management methodologies is a strong plus.

Deep understanding of organizational design and change impact analysis.
Stakeholder engagement and influence in complex matrix environments.
Strong communication planning, training design, and execution skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure adoption and track success metrics.
Collaborative, culturally aware, and outcome-focused.
