Description:
The Change and Training manager manages the strategy and delivery of change management, communications, and training for Moody's global operational effectiveness program.
- 12 years + work experience after graduation / 8 years + work ex after post-graduation
- Experience in financial services sector
- Communication / training experience - for conveying the benefits of change, creating awareness, and addressing concerns or resistance (ADKAR model)
- Project co-ordination experience including use of JIRA is a plus
- Experience in coordinating projects, including the use of tools like JIRA, to manage various aspects of change initiatives.
- Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan that includes clear objectives, timelines, and metrics for success
- Process experience is a plus- experience in process management can help in streamlining changes and ensuring that they are implemented smoothly
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and feedback, making informed decisions and adjustments during the change process.
- Proficient in use of MS tools incl PowerPoint

Required Skills & Experience
* 8-12 years' experience developing training and change management strategies.
* Bachelor's degree with corporate experience.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively drive change and influence the adoption of new ideas
* Demonstrated knowledge in change management, including end to end change adoption and cultural alignment of transformation priorities (for example, PROSCI ADKAR change management methods.)
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
