This role requires a dynamic and strategic professional with experience in channel development, distribution sales, and contractor markets.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in sales, marketing, or business development within electrical wholesale distribution
- 5+ years of proven success in business planning, sales, product management, and/or project management within the electrical wholesale market
- Familiarity with major electrical distributors such as Sonepar, CED, Graybar, Rexel and WESCO
- Deep understanding of sales channels, commercial requirements, and business processes to drive growth within electrical wholesale partnerships
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization to achieve sales objectives
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to identify new market opportunities, build relationships, and drive growth within a corporate environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and digital marketing strategies, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with key accounts at the executive level to drive product selection, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives for WAGO's electrical and contractor product lines
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand WAGO's market share within electrical wholesale partnerships
- Serve as a product expert, educating sales partners and customers on WAGO's offerings, applications, and competitive positioning
- Establish and maintain high-impact relationships with major distributors, decision-makers, and marketing professionals
- Support and drive marketing campaigns, including trade events, social media, and digital advertising efforts, to increase brand awareness
- Provide sales training and technical support to partners and internal teams
- Monitor industry trends and identify new market opportunities and potential partnerships to drive sales growth
- Ensure data accuracy and efficiency in managing PIM data, pricing, contracts, and EDI business metrics with key partners
- Collaborate with internal product management and marketing teams to define and refine product offerings and packaging strategies
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare quarterly business reports to track performance and opportunities
- Ability to travel up to 30%, including visits to corporate headquarters and key customer sites
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive for up to six hours at a time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
