Concord Technologies We are seeking a Channel Partner Manager to accelerate growth through our Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs). This role focuses on expanding our channel ecosystem, enabling partner success, and driving revenue growth by promoting our cloud fax and IDP solutions.

Essential Functions:
- Expand the Partner Network - Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
- Strengthen Relationships - Serve as the primary contact, ensuring partner engagement and alignment with Concord's strategy.
- Enable Success - Provide training, sales resources, and marketing support.
- Drive Revenue Growth - Develop joint sales strategies and execute revenue goals with partners.
- Optimize Sales Enablement - Create tailored programs to enhance partner effectiveness.
- Manage Performance & Forecasting - Track key metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.
- Go-to-Market Execution - Lead joint marketing initiatives, partner promotions, and co-branded campaigns.
- Stay Ahead of Trends - Monitor industry shifts and competitive dynamics to refine the channel strategy.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or cloud solutions.
- Proven ability to build and scale channel programs that drive revenue.
- Strong understanding of reseller, VAR, and technology partner ecosystems.
- Experience with document workflow automation, IDP, or cloud fax solutions is a plus.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- A strategic, results-driven mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced industry.
Compensation Range: $150,000 - $185,000. Range can flux dependent on experience, education/training, etc.
