Responsibilities
Front of the house operations and bar responsibilities including staffing, training, inventory
Create new and unique menu items and specials using various ingredients in an innovative way
Be responsible for the overall success of the daily culinary operations, with an emphasis on surpassing guest expectations while driving revenue and profit
Ensure that all food preparation, including processes, portioning, and garnishing, is well supervised, and confirm that the finished dishes are visually appealing
Teach recruits and hire staff that suit the business culture to provide a welcoming atmosphere for kitchen employees
Review and track team member performance objectives, as well as offer guidance and assistance to support and promote an efficient kitchen

Qualifications
Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification such as a GED
Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers
At least 7-8 years of culinary experience
Understanding and compliance with kitchen sanitation, safety and equipment usage, and food storage
Strong leadership skills with experience leading, motivating, and developing a team
