Step into the lead role in our kitchen and bring your culinary vision to life. As Chef, you'll oversee all food production for our restaurant, guiding the team with a blend of creativity, precision, and leadership. You'll drive quality, manage costs, and shape a positive, productive kitchen culture. Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 / year
Your Role:
As Chef, you'll set the tone and direction for the entire kitchen operation. Key responsibilities include:
Lead all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation across outlets and events.
Develop menus and specials while managing food and labor costs.
Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate all kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and professional environment.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
Monitor and manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
Maintain scheduling and staffing levels based on business needs.
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and temperature guidelines are followed.
Collaborate with other departments and hotel leadership to support overall success.
Respond to guest feedback and adjust operations to ensure satisfaction.
Participate in budget planning and manage expenses within set targets.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or culinary leader.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a 2 to 4-year college degree is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food cost controls, safety standards, and staffing best practices.
- Alcohol Awareness and Food Handlers Certification (as required by state).
- Ability to work long hours on your feet and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
