Position Description:
The Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) serves as part of the senior leadership team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), overseeing all clinical services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based mental health treatment to both adult and adolescent patients. The CCO will work collaboratively with the CMO, COO and other leaders to develop and implement clinical strategies, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and promote a culture of clinical excellence within the organization.
The CCO will be responsible for leading a diverse team of clinicians and clinical support staff, shaping the clinical vision and advocating for the needs of clients while maintaining alignment with the mission, values and financial resources of the organization. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance clinical oversight with operational effectiveness and cost containment in a complex, non-profit setting.
Position Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership and Strategy:
Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of clinical programs, ensuring they align with the organization's mission, values, and strategic objectives.
