Chief Clinical Officer

The Groden Network is seeking a dynamic, experienced Chief Clinical Officer to oversee and enhance our clinical services and practices, maintain a strong commitment to clinical expertise and excellence, and advocate for continuous improvement through competency-based clinical training. Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example, ensuring clinical services are person-centered, caring, and respectful to clients and their families.
Provide strategic clinical leadership and direction across all Network programs through development, implementation, and oversight of evidence-and research-based practices and therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate with the Network's leadership team to ensure high-quality, person-centered services and to develop and monitor clinical performance metrics tracking key areas.
Clinical involvement including conducting case reviews, providing direct feedback and guidance to staff, and leading Network program clinical team meetings.
Oversee staff training and development in clinical areas (e.g., behavioral program design and implementation) and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Conduct regular evaluations and audits of clinical programs to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Review Network clinical policies and procedures, update as needed.
Represent the organization as a clinical expert within the broader community. and conference presentations.
Participate in research, including the areas of stress and anxiety, emphasizing procedures that enable the reduction of stress such as relaxation and cognitive picture rehearsal.
Potentially provide services through the Network's outpatient therapy program.

Minimum Qualifications:
Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD from accredited program)) licensed in RI and MA; to be on site in Providence RI.
At least 2-5 years of experience providing psychological services to children/adolescents/adults with ASD and IDD.
Experience working in educational settings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic approaches designed to reduce stress and anxiety.

Preferred Qualifications:
Background in cognitive behavioral psychology and applied behavior analysis.
Additional BCBA license preferred but not essential.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
