The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) will oversee and manage all compliance-related activities for Paradigm Oral Health. This executive role is critical in ensuring that the company adheres to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies. The CCO will lead efforts to maintain ethical practices, mitigate risks, and uphold the company's reputation as a trusted leader in oral health services.

- Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program tailored to the needs of an acquisition-focused oral surgery company.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Stark Law, as well as financial and corporate governance standards.
- Develop policies and procedures to address compliance risks and ensure consistency across acquired entities.
- Monitor changes in healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring timely updates to policies and practices.
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, responding to inquiries, audits, and inspections.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments across all locations.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees, leadership, and partners.
- Foster a culture of compliance by educating staff on ethical practices and regulatory requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks related to acquisitions and daily operations.
- Collaborate with the legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure due diligence during acquisitions.
- Provide regular updates on compliance activities, risks, and resolutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of compliance professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Prepare and present compliance reports, metrics, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, law, business, or a related field (required); advanced degree (JD, MBA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in compliance, healthcare administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
