Required:
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in space systems engineering or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in an engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of space systems design, development, integration, and testing.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and technical acumen.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
