As the Chief Engineer, your primary responsibility is as the Primary Contractor engineer, responsible for US BICES Service Design, and lead all efforts to transition the service delivery strategy for execution into service operations.

Primary Responsibilities:
As the Chief Engineer, your primary responsibility is as the Primary Contractor engineer, responsible for US BICES Service Design, and lead all efforts to transition the service delivery strategy for execution into service operations.
Job Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, mathematics, or Engineering Field
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of engineering experience in support of IT network engineering, NetOps C2, and communications to include governance and policy and process development and implementation
- Five (5) years experience managing/leading network C2 operations at a Network Operations Center (NOC) or in a major DOD or Intelligence Community (IC) network computing or communications program.
- Experience with developing policy and implementation plans for cross-network communications, including Service and Joint Networks is required.
- Experience in the available DoD classified and unclassified communications transport, and the organizations that manage them.
- Up to 10% travel may be required
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years' experience managing a large engineering team on a $100M+ program.
Certification Required:
- A current Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) with a focus on Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP), or Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP).
Security Clearance Required:
- Must have a current Top Secret/SCI level of clearance
