Position Summary
As a member of our Leadership Team, you will be in a position to influence and move the needle in the growth of the company through developing strategic and innovative approaches to managing our short-term and long-range financial position. The CFO is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the corporation in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board, the Securities, and other regulatory and advisory organizations and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices.
Essential Job Functions
Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or CMA preferred
Experience 10-15 years in manufacturing in an accounting and finance leadership role

Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for coordinating all day-to-day accounting and finance functions including: cash management, tax accounting, oversee credit and collections and accounts payable, internal and external reporting, budgets, audits, cost report preparation and risk management.
- Prepare financial analysis, forecasts, budgets and budget variance reports
- Prepare financial statements/reporting on a quarterly and annual basis
- Perform due diligence when analyzing companies for potential merger and acquisition.
- Prepare/analyze and coordinate information for external corporate and tax audits
- Responsible for cash flow management and reporting
- Manage controls to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, company-wide
- Manage banking relationships and agreements
- Contract negotiations
- Manage a team that has close working relationships with all areas of the business
- Uses analytical skills to develop innovative and resourceful solutions
- Hands on experience with mergers and acquisitions
- Various other duties as they arise
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office

- Previous experience in all functions reporting to this position
- Experience and knowledge of the ERP system
