Description: CRG is actively seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead our expanding Business Development team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leadership over all facets of CRG's growth and expansion efforts. Specifically, the CGO oversees the execution of all phases of CRG's Business Development (BD) lifecycle, including opportunity identification, capture planning, decision gate reviews, proposal development, negotiating subcontracting opportunities and teaming agreements, and building strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Develop CRG's annual business development strategy.
Build a high performing bid and proposal engine, including developing processes and recruiting, hiring, and overseeing teams of internal and/or outsourced Capture Analysts, Capture Managers, and proposal teams.
Provide strategic guidance, oversight, and mentorship to proposal teams in the development of winning bids.
Oversee and ensure the effectiveness of the proposal development process. In coordination with Proposal Managers, ensure proposals meet CRG's high quality standards.
Manage CRG's internal proposal support personnel, including Proposal Coordinators, Proposal Writers, and Desktop Publishing/Graphics Specialists.
Advise CRG's leadership team on infrastructure and operations requirements to manage and sustain growth.
Collaborate with and mentor CRG's Market Leads on opportunity identification, outreach, capture, client development, requirement shaping, market and opportunity planning, and staffing for upcoming requirements.
Contribute to the development of proposal strategies, win themes, technical, staffing, and pricing solutions to produce high p-win bids.
Expand CRG's partnership network, build relationships with strategic partners in high-growth markets.
Facilitate BD strategy meetings and decision gate reviews.
Develop, track, and report on metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of CRG's business development activities (e.g., revenue growth targets, contract wins, partnership development).

Qualifications: 10+ years of federal government contracting leadership experience with a proven track record of leading and overseeing successful bids.Thrives in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. Must be passionate about seizing opportunities to make an impact.
Strong leadership, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated success in developing persuasive and compliant proposals that secure new business.
Strong understanding of the government contracting industry.
Experience with cost estimating and developing competitive pricing strategies is advantageous.
Familiarity with federal and agency-specific acquisition regulations is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong team building, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various types of stakeholders (clients, team members, partners).
Experience directly managing programs in support of federal government contracts is preferred.
