Job Purpose :
Provide the leadership, management and vision to ensure a dedicated strategic focus on Americas Geo, right operational controls and own the product / Prodcutised Solution as well as the marketing vision of the geography. Responsible for leading and guiding the strategic business plan to significantly grow Newgen's current market share in Americas, driving strategic alignment, creating joint solutions, and accelerating the funnel of new business opportunities. Provide leadership to the support functions.
Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business or technology with an MBA (Preferred)
Relevant Experience : 20+ years' experience in the Product Technology domain with at least 12+ years experience in selling enterprise software.

Requirements
Principal Accountabilities :
- Lead brainstorming for ideation and implementation of sales, branding / marketing and product strategy of Newgen in line with the overall business strategy - Provide strategic vision for understanding competitor landscape and market data for the geography in order to prepare an effective and cost-efficient go-to-market strategy.
- Provide leadership to the team for implementing a winning brand marketing and communications strategy that maximizes consumer engagement; earned media value and leverages the differentiated brand model with local relevance
- Lead the articulation of the product vision and channelize the vision across the organization and markets to ensure unified knowledge and understanding of products.
- Lead the enabling functions with the aim of delivering excellence across these domains to internal stakeholders, external vendors and clients
- Mentor the leaders of the team and guide them to manage their respective teams in a responsible way aimed at nurturing the talent
- Interface with stakeholders across the organization to mitigate any potential risks and product challenges
- Set appropriate performance measurements for the team and build a metrics driven team, baselining through continuous improvements
